Abstract
This package contains a library compiled for Linux LabVIEW v6_0.
The shared library lvsjy.so is the user level interface
between the LabVIEW jwy73a.llb VI library from the National Instruments
contributed drivers and the Linux SCSI driver sg.c. lvsjy.so provides the
WIN 95/98/NT cmjwdll dynamic link library interface with minor extensions
to jwy73a Open Session.vi for the Jorway 411S.
To prevent a performance penalty from supporting both the Jorway 73A and
Jorway 411S, Jorway controller specific differences are contained with #define
statements which are conditionally included at compile time. By default,
lvsjy.so is compiled for the Jorway 73A, and must be re-compiled for the
Jorway 411S.
This library was tested with the Adaptec AHA-2940 and AHA-2940AU SCSI host
adapter cards.
